We have our own Sustainable Farm in the Catskills!
WHAT SETS US APART:
- The best seasonal, organic, and/or naturally grown produce.
- All locally grown at our Sustainable Farm in the Catskills & at other local farms.
- Our shares occur every week, once a week, all year round.
- No half/full year commitment!!
HOW DO OUR UNIQUE FARM 2 HEART SHARES WORK:
- Shares must be purchased one week in advance via online payment.
- Share orders can be placed online by Monday at 12 pm.
- Shares are delivered to your home.
- Deliveries occur once a week, every week, on Saturdays at 7 pm and onward.
- Free delivery for Port Imperial, Jacobs Bulls Ferry Residents.
- OPTIONAL:
- Pick up on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm at our Farm Stand at the Edgewater Farmers Market.
- Custom free share pick up location by request.
- Cash payment on delivery.
SHARES FEATURE:

Unlike others, we also provide:
grains, and/or beans, and/or mushrooms and/or MICROGREENS!
OPTIONAL SHARE:
- Microgreens only and/or Mushroom only shares available upon request.

- Meal Prep / Personal Chef services:
- You have no time? We prep and/or cook the food for you at an additional charge.
- We serve vegan - gluten - nuts - dairy - eggs - free, low sodium and any other dietary needs!
